Terms and Conditions
- All our workshops have limited numbers, and places need to be booked in advance; charges shown are in addition to the NWC entry fee. Please contact us on 0151 738 1913 to book your place. If demand is high, we may be able to add additional dates.
- In the event of your booking and payment being received for a workshop that is already fully booked, we will return your payment to you in full immediately.
- Some of our workshops state a guidance age for older children. On such occasions, alternative age appropriate activities will be available for younger children; only children over 7 will be charged for their place at the workshop, donations for younger family members are very welcome.
- Please note, parental supervision is required at all times, at a ratio of 1 adult per 3 children under 12 years old. There is deep and open water on site.
- Our younger visitors are very welcome, and we are delighted that so many families choose to visit us; we would ask that parents and carers do remember to consider other visitors, by parking pushchairs where they will not block access, and taking particular care in the Cornflower café where hot drinks and food are being carried.
- Children under 5yrs, visiting the centre as part of a family group, may enter free of charge. For group bookings for children under 5, please contact us for details of group booking rates.
- In the unlikely event of the cancellation of a workshop or event due to circumstances beyond our control, all monies will be returned in full, and every effort made to contact you in advance.
- From time to time, we may take photographs at our workshops and events for use in reports and occasionally to publicise the Centre; if you are not happy for yourself or a member of your group to be included, please advise a member of staff when booking your place.
- We are keen to welcome everyone to our centre. Please advise us at the time of booking if you need additional support to help you enjoy your visit to the NWC. We are happy to book BSL interpreters and interpreters for other languages (subject to availability) for events, please advise us of your needs at the time of booking.
- We try very hard to make our events a success for all our participants, in the event that you are unhappy with any of the arrangements at our workshops on the day, please do let a member of staff know as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to remedy the situation for you.
