The National Wildflower Centre: Award winning venue for conferences and visitors

Set in a tranquil Victorian park and only minutes from the M62 motorway, the National Wildflower Centre is a beautiful visitor attraction with a difference.

With the emphasis on creative conservation and putting wildflowers back into Britain, the centre has seasonal wildflower demonstration areas, a working garden nursery, childrens' play area, exhibitions and interactive information about wildflowers.

Our range of conference and meeting facilities enable us to cater for most demands at a price that doesn't hit the all-important budget too hard. A wide range of catering and refreshement options are offered and we are flexible enough to meet most peoples' requirements.

Schools Scarecrow Festival

Our first ever Schools Scarecrow Festival took place on the 18th and 19th of July with over 20 local schools taking part. Claire Minter from BBC Radio Merseyside's Tony Snell at Breakfast programme had a tough time judging the 24 entries!
