Welcome to our current schools programme.

Between September 2008 and February 2009 the National Wildflower Centre can offer Self Led Tours (All ages)

A new education activities programme is now available at the Centre.

Self Led Tours

Self led visitors will be given access to the indoor barn area as a base and given a basic trail and pack of suggested activities that lead the children around the site. It is essential that the teacher in charge visits the centre at least one week prior to their self-led visit in order to plan activities, complete a risk assessment and familiarise themselves with the site.

Self Led charge: £1.75 per child

A visit lasts for two hours, either from 10.00am - 12.00pm or 12.30pm - 2.30pm.
