Summer birds and butterflies at the National Wildflower Centre

of butterflies, moths and dragonflies were recorded this year.

Hummingbird Hawkmoth

Southern Aeshna
Brown Aeshna
Common Sympetrum
Common Blue Damselfly
Broard Bodied Libellula
A new bird survey counted 54 species in the Park, surrounding area and
at the Centre, including:
Black headed Gull
Chiffchaff
Coal Tit
Kestrel
Nuthatch
Redwing
Song Thrush
Sparrow Hawk
Tawny Owl
Whitethroat
Yellowhammer
