Due to the ongoing Covid-19 situation, we are currently taking longer than normal to fulfil orders. Therefore, products are generally being delivered within 5-7 working days from date of order. Please note that due to extremely high order volumes, we are not able to track orders until the seventh working day after ordering if your item has not been delivered. Wildflower plants are an exception and will be delivered in 7-10 working days.
In order to get your items to you as quickly as possible, orders for multiple items are in many cases being delivered separately by different couriers. There is no need to contact us if you have only received part of your order and seven working days have not lapsed.

Some orders are also being upgraded to an equivalent or superior product at no extra cost to get you your item more quickly. We will only ever send a substitute that is of equal or higher monetary value, and a suitable replacement for the original purchase.
